A sunny summer day on Peaks. Trying a new medium in a fun way:)

This is the view from my bedroom window on Peaks Island. The window is wide open with the sound and smell of the ocean pouring in on a hot summer day. A bonus is the sailboat crying by on the breeze.

Walking the back shore of Peaks in July and August is full f the scent of these glorious roses. The rose hips are beautiful, too!

Sunsets are always spectacular on Peaks. One of my favorite swimming holes is here! Cant you just feel the warm evening air?

On a hot August evening, the setting sun bathes Portland Harbor in her orange glow. (The original is sold, but I have prints and notecards.)

The full July moon makes a glorious path across Whitehead passage.

I have a secret place from which I can look out over the cove and Whitehead. As always, the sunset provides awesome colors on the clouds of distant rainstorms.

My daughter is a great rower, unlike her mother! I caught this view of her as she comes across Whitehead passage.

Walking along the road behind the nursery, I caught site of a fascinating sunset. Note the red along the horizon. It was quite spectacular!

A storm had just passed. As always, the view from Brackett Cemetery was amazing!
